I think one of our team members has an issue. As a team, we should all work together to find a solution. It's important for all of us to be aware of project milestones and updates. When a milestone is missed, we can address the issue together. We need to discuss openly and friendly about what happened, why it happened, and how we can fix it to maintain good relationships. Coming up with solutions to more issues is a real measure of gaining valuable experience.

Often a design team member might seem to be the hold-up to getting a project completed or approved. Most of the time when this happens the problem is not actually that team member. It is information and answers from the various people involved in reviewing a project. This is in fact an issue that has become increasingly worse as planners and reviewers retire and filling their spots has become more difficult. Sometimes the most support that you can give them is to become a tag-team in asking the reviewer who is holding everything up. Remember to consider all of the aspects of an issue that might be holding up a project and find ways to help out where you can.

Avalie o tempo adicional necessário para obter os materiais e se há alternativas disponíveis que n?o prejudiquem a qualidade ou a viabilidade do projeto, devido a horas extras de trabalho, necessidade de estender contratos ou multas por n?o cumprimento dos prazos.
