Being clear from the onset about the objectives of the inspection is usually a good starting point. Clarifying the purpose and scope is vital along with the review that everybody's professional opinion matters and will be taken into account. Listen more and talk less when it comes to inspections regardless of the type being conducted to understand the reasons why certain things may be as they are. Remain open-minded and inquisitive and be prepared to adjust your view of your peers to be more valid. Being stubborn on a conflicting view is unhelpful in team settings. If the situation is however immediately dangerous to life and health it is necessary to articulate your view and hold your ground if the preservation of life is compromised.

Team conflicts during safety inspections can delay progress and risk safety. These issues often arise from miscommunication or differing views on protocols. To resolve conflicts effectively, prioritize open communication and active listening. Encourage team members to share their perspectives respectfully, keeping the focus on maintaining safety. Use established guidelines to settle disputes objectively and clarify roles when necessary. After the inspection, address any recurring issues to prevent future disruptions. By managing conflicts effectively, you ensure smooth inspections and promote a safer, more cooperative work environment.

So I, as the manager, can resolve conflicts by referring to the above points of reference that would have been explained to everyone.
