A key element of getting buy-in from faculty is to frame any effort as helping faculty reach audiences that value what they have to say. Faculty want to share what they know, and feel like what they know is important. When talking to students, there can be the feeling the content is not as warmly received as hoped! Online education can further the reach that faculty can have by creating longer-lasting content that can span different platforms. Don't just limit content to student audiences. Think about how that content can be repurposed to reach more audiences, and in the process further the school brand as a thought leader!

Je ne suis pas sur que la grammaire de l IA soit celle que vous utilisez. Je ne suis pas grammairien mais les différentes grammaires en France depuis Malherbe ont comme objectif de passer du language oral à l écrit.Un autre objet est la structuration du discours écrit.Une idée par phrase une cohérence dans les paragraphes ,une introduction annon?ant le texte une conclusion . C est simple pour l IA car c est logique et codifié.Autres langues autres règles mais après la révolution culturelle en Chine les chinois ont retrouvé leur alphabet grace au Japon. Human resistance can be anecdotally understood as electrical resistance, circuit's voltage over current. The 'circuit' in context can be the Higher Education Institution. Where the 'voltage' is most desired when it is just right (low) in form of say, incremental change and current is just right (high) in form of motivation through circuit's organic empowerment, autonomy, professional growth, and resonant communications. As a result, the 'resitance' of any faculty shall obviously be just acceptable (low). Captains who fall into the trap of known unknown of say, a transformative change with speed (my way or...) shall tend to deliver higher 'voltage', lower 'current', more 'resistance', and then to label the rowers as resistant faculty. Fair?

One thing that’s not helpful is to impugn their competence, be indifferent or condescending to their identity, devalue their obvious contributions, and use a mean girl/boy oligarchy to dehumanize them. You will make lifelong enemies of the strong willed.
