Recognize Improvements: Celebrate small wins to motivate continued progress and boost morale.

Break larger tasks in to small. Rather then being overwhelmed with a large assignment and deadline approaching it’s is much easier to handle smaller task and meet the overall deadline for the project.

This depends on many factors however my initial suggestion would be not to give deadlines to problem-solvers. Solving problems is a creative process. It is often unpredictable and involves taking risks. It cannot be broken down to discrete steps. Setting a deadline often discourages any problem solving and forces individuals into taking a safe path – without innovation.

Primeiramente entender os motivos dos constantes atrasos: o que tem impedido ele de fazer as entregas? Ele precisa de algum apoio? Precisa de alguém passar alguma informa??o? Tem algum obstaculo de ferramenta, sistema ou de pessoas que esta impedindo? Outro ponto de ser avaliado gira em torno se o mesmo possui as competências necessárias para esta fun??o ou se ele está sobrecarregado com outras demandas. Para todos esses casos, feito um entendimento inicial o próximo passo é criar um plano de a??o e acompanhá-lo de forma bem próxima. Implmentar rotinas de gest?o com checkpoints diários ou semanais podem ajudar a entender os temas que est?o travando as entregas e dá cadência no atendimento dos prazos.
