We must ensure that the company's goals can be achieved, and conditions like this are indeed not ideal. We can provide motivation to employees, from the perspective of employee thinking and goals, if this program is successful then employees will also be better. Open and two-way communication, listening to employee complaints and always explaining all employee questions, making them feel they are not alone, and most importantly, they feel we are with them.

Make failure feel like a part of the process not a catastrophic event to be avoided at all cost. Just like in life, How you approach conflict is what determines If it blows out of proportion or gets to an amicable end. Same when things aren't going according to plan. Make it a culture to stay flexible, ready to pivot... It also helps to have contingency plans so the team feels like there is a soft landing to start the race again. To keep spirits up, find ways to encourage team bonding exercises that have a fun and feel good undertone.
