Sprachliche Vielfalt sollte als Bereicherung gesehen werden und gezielt als Werkzeug eingesetzt werden um Barrieren zu überwinden. Für mich hat sich bew?hrt auf einfache Sprache und visuelle Kommunikation zu setzen. Ausserdem würde ich regelm??ige Meetings in kleinen Gruppen empfehlen, in denen sich Teammitglieder sicher fühlen fragen zu stellen. So f?rdert man relativ einfach das Verst?ndnis und schafft eine inklusive Umgebung, in der jeder aktiv mitwirken kann. Ganz unabh?ngig von der Sprachkompetenz.
