Após um incidente crítico, importante a realiza??o de um Post Mortem, para analisar detalhadamente o incidente: entender o que deu errado e o que podemos fazer de melhor para aprender com o ocorrido. Registre um ticket de problema e atrele a prioridade do incidente ao problema. Os insumos coletados no Post Mortem devem alimentar o ticket de Problema. A gest?o de problemas transformará os insights do post mortem e atuará na analise de causa raiz para garantir que o incidente nao ocorra novamente. Assim criando uma cultura de aprendizado, melhoria contínua, resiliência de servi?os de ti e inova??o na empresa.
