Debemos de comprender y gestionar las emociones, por lo que se vuelve super interesante la inteligencia emocional la forma de controlar las emociones y hacerle frente al estrés, a los cambios. En lo personal, trabajo con jóvenes, en ocasiones al gestionar alguna actividad dentro del área no se llevan a cabo o se dejan inconclusas por sus emociones, esto por el desconocimiento al autocontrol, a reducir el estrés que se presenta o a la incertidumbre. Por lo que debemos de generar confianza formando parte de la solución, esforzándonos para afrontar como equipo las situaciones que se presenten, concluyendo con las actividades asignadas de la mejor manera. Recuerden que el esfuerzo de hoy se verá recompensado en un futuro muy próximo.
