Adding Tiers to you accounts if not already done so by company. 50/30/20 rule. 50% of your time should be focused on your Tier 1 or A Accounts. 30% on Tier 2 or B Accounts, 20% on Tier 3 or C Accounts. Regardless answer your phone and emails at all times on time. If you don’t care about your Tier 3/C Accounts they will communicate with your B and A. Everyone is just 9 degrees of separation. Everyone knows everyone.

For conflicting priorities, proactively communicate with clients—most will appreciate transparency and collaboration on solutions. Delegate effectively within your team and automate repetitive tasks to free up mental bandwidth. Create a "priority swap" system where clients temporarily exchange deadlines or resources, fostering mutual understanding and partnership.

Here are some of the ways I try to balance conflicting priorities 1. I prioritize tasks. Focus on high-impact activities. 2. Set Clear goals of each client. 3. Implement techniques like time blocking to allocate focus time. 4. Track Tasks & deadlines. 5. Keep clients informed to manage expectations. 6. Delegate Task with team members when possible. 7. Learn to say NO, so important to be realistic about your capacity & communicate. I was the YES girl for a long time. 8. Regularly assess your workload & strategies for improvement. 9. Practice self-care. Take breaks and recharge to help maintain productivity.

I personally have always found success in spreadsheets.. sorry to all the CRM experts out there lol. But that is what works for me and that’s what it’s all about. Gaining the large client list is the battle, while maintaining it is the real war and the only way to gain momentum in your profession is to constantly stay one step ahead. The better you know your clients and the situations, the more control you can have in the process and scheduling.
