This gives team members the confidence to make decisions independently, knowing that they’re working toward the same end goal. Delegating Ownership: I empower team members by giving them ownership of specific tasks or projects, but within defined boundaries. This autonomy allows them to explore creative solutions while still maintaining alignment with the overall strategy. The key is giving them enough freedom.

Balancing Autonomy and innovation is imperative. Pride has to be swallowed. Innovation has to take center stage first. All heads have to come together at every stage so that everyone develops their aspect in progression while having everyone involved in each person's next steps. Everybody's contribution must be acknowledged, however someone has to be the coordinator.
