Material control system will help both operation types creating patterns of fast and slow moving items, leading to efficient and accurate daily market list and reducing stocks of slow moving items. Butchering processes are equally important that helps accurate portioning for a la carte, and lesser wastage for mass production operation. But most importantly, both operation types will still rely heavily on skilled team, when it comes to quality.
