I’ve learned this the hard way. Missing a follow-up can lose a lead, so now I make sure it doesn’t happen again: Set Reminders – I use reminders or block time to make sure I don’t forget to follow up. Make It Personal – I add something specific to each follow-up so they know I’m thinking about them. (You can mention the time you called them eg: 9:27am, the duration you had a conversation with them, and a quick brief on the discussion)There are a lot more examples. Qualify Early – Focus more on leads who need more attention, based on how urgent they are. "Speed to lead" is the principle I follow. DM if you wanna know more :) It’s simple, but it works.
