The most important step to take is finding out how to implement conclusive measures that could be helpful in detecting and preventing future errors transparently and with a blame-free attitude. Our goal here is to ensure that each and every patient gets the utmost care with as little to none errors in their journey and if any misstep occurs along this path it is imperative that we take strict actions to correct such mishaps.
