After reading all of the recommendations here, my opinion is that these are the absolute basic requirements for anyone that even exists in the web3 space. I would be surprised to know you had survived in a project without this knowledge. To COME BACK after being let go, go and read all the latest approved and proposed EIPs. Look at the leading edge of technical developments in the field (currently AA, ZK, modularity, multi chain) and know them. You should be nearing intermediate/expert to even understand these features, so if you’re still wandering in the space of your native chain (e.g ETH) go and get your hands dirty with some parallel chains, like Solana, starting the road from the zero (stage 1 in this article) to hero (as mentioned).
