Working remotely is not easy. It is a detached time that can make or break the product your producing. How you handle the issue is related to your patience and understanding of the product ,your team and the time frame to complete. You must trust the people involved. You needbto set standards,expectations and goals . Review them at the beginning in the middle and at the end. This will keep the team focused on the end result.
