Comer bien, descansar sin culpa. Olvidarse del proyecto no es malo. Si empiezas a so?ar con el proyecto o tener pesadillas, es muestra de estrés y hay que trabajar en reducirlo. Trabajar con luz adecuada y poder moverse, variar la posición es importante, el cuerpo junta mucha tensión si esas cosas sencillas se le prohíben, a la larga afecta el desarrollo del trabajo.

Recordar la visión ayuda, para ello hay que tener desde un inicio una visión clara del proyecto finalizado. Claro que los detalles van a variar, habra cambios, ajustes, pero es necesario tener una imagen de cómo será lo que queremos lograr para usarla de guía y enfocar los esfuerzos en esa dirección. En trabajos en equipo, ayuda que todos tengan claro el objetivo final, para que cuando uno pierda el ánimo, los demás lo ayuden a continuar. Si la visión no es clara, o no se comunica claramente, o la dirección no es capaz de mantenerla, va a convertirse en un problema que puede detener el proyecto.

Entre más avanza el proyecto es cuando más inseguridades surgen. Hay que estar muy consciente de que eso va a suceder siempre en los trabajos creativos, ya que en la mayoría de ellos (especialmente los que son hechos en equipo) la obra completa está lista hasta casi el final, entonces aunque los elementos vayan todos bien en su respectivo proceso, es fácil empezar a dudar al no ver el panorama ya completo. Pasa con alumnos de arte, con artistas empezando una nueva técnica, y con profesionales también. Hay que confiar las habilidades que se tienen, no ciegamente o sin escuchar a los demás, pero sirve para seguir avanzando en esa etapa de dudas antes de que todo tome su debida forma final.
