I think that a good web developer should always keep the bases on the top of his mind. So, he has to always practice HTML, CSS and JavaScript. So with those technologies well practiced the developer should be able to learn and dominate the front end frameworks. If you look at back end technologies, a good developer should be able to understand databases and some framework of back-end development such as .NET, nestJs or Rails. Besides, on my career I found myself trying to understand the infrastructure especially on cloud computing, I always looked to keep informed about Azure or aws for instance. For last but not least, docker and containers techs are something to looking for too, they are helpful tools when it comes to development at all.

I would suggest as a beginner to start off with PHP, and learn Modularization concept and connecting to server. It is something you should definitely focus on. Branch off to Python Django, build REST APIs and test with Postman.
