If more than 99.99 percent of your customers will enjoy and accept your service, and no one threatens to break the contract with you (despite the fact that there are many service providers), then you know that you are doing well and you are very good at what you do. But another thing is if customers are increasing every day needing your service, know that the customers you have have become good ambassadors of your service to others. Customer feedback is your best way to evaluate your capabilities.

La tecnología es un campo extremadamente cambiante, y convierte nuestros días en carreras constantes, ante tanta locura lo mas sano es respirar y calmarse. Before starting you should know about your work and what's expected from you (goals or results). Dont feel shy asking colleagues whose were in same position to get the best practices. - search internet for information that can be useful. - Just do what you are good in, and by practicing you will get improved and skilled.
