I agree with this statement, know the team well it's necessary, to knowing what kind of team i've, what think that we can be as one . But in case for knowing individual, i feel a bit of disagree, because it's about the team, not personal, so the strategic we should assume it's not only for personal, but it should be for the amount of team, so we can have a same goal for purpose.
