Pessoas confundem líder com gestor. Gestor é quem cria e acompanha metas e métricas. Já líder é quem consegue extrair o máximo potencial de cada pessoa do seu time, fazendo com que eles se desenvolvam e com isso desenvolvam a empresa. Hoje temos muitos gestores cobrando números e metas, mas infelizmente temos um apag?o de líderes que est?o de fato desenvolvendo seus times através principalmente pelo seu próprio exemplo. Qualquer um se torna gestor e cobra o que está escrito em uma planilha. Porém poucos est?o de fato buscando se desenvolver para desenvolver outros profissionais!

Communication is very key in Agribusiness especially when dealing with Agrarians. Effective communication is key in interacting with smallholder farmers and their cohorts in rural communities else the project suffers. Your communication has to be open and transparent and coherent from the initiation of the project to the end because lack of coherency in communication breaks the already fragile trust Agrarians have in you as an elite. Meanwhile, with effective communication your project goes smoothly, you earn their trust as a "farmer's friend" and you gain their absolute cooperation and support which also ensures sustainability

Para mim comunica??o assertiva é simples: você precisa identificar qual é o perfil comportamental da pessoa que está a sua frente e se adaptar para entregar exatamente como aquele perfil gosta ou tem facilidade de entendimento, associado a uma oratória simples, objetiva e direta. Inclusive esse tema é t?o importante que em nossa mentoria ensinamos como identificar os perfis comportamentais das pessoas e como adaptar sua comunica??o aumentando drasticamente seu poder de persuas?o.

Já vi algumas empresas se dando mal, principalmente por colocarem em sua lideran?a pessoas que n?o conhecem e n?o compreendem o agro. Temos que entender que o Agro tem uma dinamica diferente de outros setores como o varejo por exemplo. Assim como temos riscos distintos a serem considerados. A falta de conhecimento leva a cria??o de estratégias sem aderência ao mercado, investimentos sem retorno e trope?os que poderiam ser evitados.
