I first understand the core objectives of the project. I assess the current infrastructure, identifying areas for innovation that drive efficiency without disruption. I prioritize scalable, data-driven strategies that align with long-term business goals. I implement new technologies that are adaptable, cost-effective, and easy to integrate with existing systems. I ensure that business needs are met while staying open to innovation that enhances value and optimizes processes.

If you innovate without considering business needs you will find yourself running POCs with little impact. Innovation should be done to improve business. The issue is that innovation can open room to new business needs and solutions to problems that are not yet on the table. Working together with the business teams in order to understand both their needs and demands and be able to extract topics that can be improved is a key milestone when innovating your data architecture.
