You should also indicate the critical path of your project, which is the longest sequence of tasks that determines the minimum completion time of your project. 5 Monitor and control

The final step is to monitor and control your project timeline throughout the execution phase. You should track the progress and performance of your tasks, and compare them with the baseline schedule that you created. You should also identify and manage any deviations, delays, or changes that may affect your timeline, and communicate them to your team and stakeholders.
