Overcoming writer's block starts with shifting your mindset from perfection to progress. Begin by revisiting your purpose—what value are you offering your audience? Break the piece into smaller sections and tackle them one at a time. If words still won’t flow, step away and immerse yourself in something inspiring, like a podcast, article, or even a walk. Brainstorm with peers or jot down bullet points sometimes conversation sparks ideas. Remember, your first draft doesn’t need to be perfect; it just needs to exist. As Maya Angelou said, “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” Keep writing you’ll find your rhythm again.

Overcoming writer’s block starts with removing the pressure to be perfect. Step back and ask, “What’s one thing my audience needs to hear today?” Start with that idea, even if it’s small or messy. Talk it out instead of writing—record your thoughts and refine them later. If you’re still stuck, revisit your past content or questions your audience has asked for inspiration. Writer’s block isn’t a wall—it’s a signal to simplify and focus on serving, not impressing.

The main objective of thought leadership is execution .. i.e. ; action on the ground !! Theories for the sake of theory is never a value nor a virtue! As such, thought leadership is to give and take from empirical on the ground work .. the mental block - if it happens- shall be managed via a systemic approach of registering a process of actions.. This also happens via a process of systemically thinking, designing, testing, updating and registering the Journey of powerful methodologies “empirically”

When writer's block hits, Evan’s #BELIEVE philosophy reminds us to focus on momentum over perfection. Start small—write a single sentence or tackle the part you feel most passionate about. Shift your environment; a fresh space often sparks creativity. Evan’s also a big believer in inspiration through action—watch a video, read something that resonates, or revisit your “why” for writing. Remember, progress comes from showing up, even when it’s tough. Every small step breaks the block and moves you closer to clarity. Don’t wait for motivation—create it. #BELIEVE and keep going. - Rae (from Evan's Team)
