For example, I always set up joint meetings 2 times a month where both teams discuss campaign performance (1st meet is in 1st week to analyse last month) and sales targets (2nd meet is in last week to understand next month), ensuring everyone is on the same page. We also use some collaborative tools like CRM systems to track leads and Funnels to understand the sales process better and adjust strategies accordingly.
