-- Provide a centralized hub for knowledge, processes, and workflows via a well-structured company documentation system (aka intranet or employee handbook). -- Bake casual socialization into your culture with monthly, cross-department, 3-4-people casual hangouts. Ask “What did you do this weekend?” in company-wide threads and create non-work channels that anyone from any department can join (like #Music, #Parenting, or #Heath). -- Host company-wide, in-person retreats at least once per year. Not only does it give everyone a chance to interact face to face, it introduces team members to those they don’t get to collaborate with frequently, which sparks ideas and opens lines of communication across teams.

Encourage the use of collaborative tools. Ask everyone to upload their documents in the teams channel. Ask everyone to update their progress on the shared gantt chart. Put all information in one place. Alert everyone that the project will be managed purely from that platform Have an email address dedicated to the project. Ask the team to channel project communication to that address. Finally, let them know a project is a team activity. The succes or failure of it is taken by the whole team. If they still don't share information. As a project manager, use the carrot and stick tool. Compliance is respect. Transparency is gold.

Incorporate regular video meetings to enhance face-to-face interactions, fostering transparency and trust. Implement a virtual "open door" policy, encouraging team members to schedule one-on-one video calls for candid discussions. Utilize collaborative platforms for real-time updates and progress tracking, ensuring everyone stays informed. Leverage transparent project management tools that provide visibility into tasks and timelines. Encourage a culture of open feedback and communication, where team members feel empowered to voice concerns and share ideas. Consider rotating virtual team-building activities to strengthen connections and create a sense of unity.
