Creo que debes conocer a tu equipo y consensuar el modo de comunicación ya que depende del foro esta pueda ser conveniente variarla y definir muy bien que es urgente y que no lo es. El email y las videoconferencias están a la orden del día pero a veces es mejor coger el teléfono o escribir un teams o levantarse del sitio y hablar con tu compa?ero si estas en una oficina. No por mas herramientas que utilices la comunicacion va a ser mejor, recuerda que en este mundo tan rápido es fácil tener vista de túnel y no ver más alla y creer que nuestro email es el mas importante, o nuestra manera de hacer las cosas la más útil, lo que es un error. Recomiendo que observes si algo funciona replicalo y sino no tardes en cambiarlo.

Punto importante.... una vez definido tus herramientas de comunicación y contenido de información por proyecto debes. 1.- capacitar a tu equipo en el uso de tales herramientas. 2.- mostrar los protocolos que son usados en cada proceso. 3.- considerar los tiempos y en carga de documentos en cada protocolo. 4.- Saber leer el cada proceso de cada herramienta su resultado y aplicación para la mejoría y buena conducción del proyecto.

I think the first thing that needs doing is talking to your intended audience. Run a few VOC to get a representative pool and ask them: - what is the best way to reach you - what is easier for you to access ( email, video link, etc) - what do you want to know most about this project/context I have started doing this on my latest projects, when building the communication approach , and it increased engagement significantly.
