CRM tools also offer an online realtime update on sales activities which is connected to cross functional departments so immediately stock is sold it registers with finance, warehouse, sales operations, sales, marketing so at any point the inventory can make more robust and better articulated preparations for stock orders and stock control thereby lessening the pressure coming from having OOS out of stock or expired goods. CRM tools also delivers robust customer information on demographics, firmographics, psychographics, that are used for business decisions.
