I have noticed that individuals are more inclined to participate when the aims of training are applicable to real-life situations. When facilitating, I prefer to commence the session with a statement for discussion and invite others to share their perspectives on how they would handle it. Additionally, I promote regular breaks for stretching and make a concerted effort to stay focused on the subject matter while ensuring that the lesson remains relatable and pertinent.
