I think testing, in general, is the most underrated process in software development. The thing is... we don't have to create tests for the sake of creating them. It doesn't matter if the project covers "100%" of tests if those tests don't say anything we can rely on. It's hard to do a good testing process, and that's why I think everyone should be more involved on it. I'm a developer myself, but what a nightmare is when there aren't tests or the ones that are available don't provide the information I need.

The lack of a community that gives you feedback is one of the worst obstacles that can exist in the professional growth of any person, not only in the field of web development. We aren't perfect. We are human, make mistakes and aren't born knowing everything. It's so much better to have an experienced group of people giving you feedback and telling you the do's and don'ts, than reinventing the wheel and hitting a huge wall every time you try to go beyond your comfort zone.
