Terceiro, alinhar o propósito do time e saber que cada um ten seu valor. A pesar da meta de venda ser individual, também implantar a meta do departamento com incentivos comuns para todos. é importante, definir que é um time e n?o "cada um por si", mas, tem que ter um filtro porquê, pessoas que n?o caminham a mesma velocidade, normalmente atrasam os outros.

Sin duda que para que exista una buena comunicación entre todos los miembros de un equipo esta debe ser, directa, transparente y oportuna, sobre todo sin burocracia que entorpezca lo anterior.
