Collecting data on the effectiveness or HR/L&D programs is possible if: - You have the support and assistance of your IT department. If you don't, your job just got much harder. Prove leadership why their collaboration is necessary and your efforts are important. - You don't just rely on "typical" data like sales figures. While valid, many of the most common metrics are difficult to draw direct correlations to your efforts. Instead, be creative in the data you collect. - If it's an oboarding program, this is actually one of the HR/L&D programs with the most variety of data to collect. - When all else fails, develop ways to create your own data using well-writen surveys. This is a skill in it of itself. Bad surveys are just that... bad.

Ir além de "refinar programas" pode significar uma ades?o voluntária. Tenho visto grandes empresas aplicarem inscri??es com ades?es voluntárias, ao invés de impostas. E surpreendentemente, as inscri??es se esgotam rapidamente. Quando as pessoas v?o de maneira voluntária fazer algo, a tendência é a de que realmente se engajem, já que foram elas que escolheram percorrer esse caminho. Super funciona. Claro que temos que avaliar impacto, relevancia, ROI, aderência e tudo mais. Mas o caminho voluntário é muito impactante. #treinamentoedesenvolvimento
