- Encourage active participation by using breakout rooms for small group discussions.
- Implement interactive tools like polls and quizzes to maintain engagement.
- Schedule regular check-ins to build relationships and gather feedback.

It seems especially relevant to take into account, in this area, the characteristics that define both online education and the online learner. When we approach an online training program, we have a student who receives the training and is undoubtedly different in habits, maturity, and working style compared to an in-person student. In this regard, the instructor must take the channel into account, synthesize the message effectively, communicate clearly and attractively, and make the most of the multiple technological tools that today's online training platforms offer, while avoiding at all costs behaving and using training methods in the same way as we do in the in-person channel.

I personally love online sessions due to the advanced tools. The breakout rooms are big blessings for having discussions on case study or a problem analysis. Once there is a synergy & comfort formed, automatically the involvement will be better. But its upto the trainer to bring the dynamics in the session. If the trainer is progressive, assertive & entertaining, then automatically people will be Fully involved.
