I think all this tools are very usefull to optiminzing our schedule, but the most important tool is the discipline to do and follow the tasks. And I think that the personal contact is the begining to stay on top of sales. Without discipline and Focus anything is possible to reach the top.

Having and have shared a Quarterly Journey Plan (JP) eases your follow-ups and lead nurturing. Dedicate a specific day like a Friday on your journey Plan. Also nature a lead from your team to sit in incase of finding difficulties of following up. Focus more on weak gaps if your having difficulties to follow-ups and lead nurturing.
