Feedbacks are golden. It is a tool we use to improve on our product/service most especially when taken with an open mind. I will first of all, find out if this one client is the first to complain about this particular issue regardless I will take the criticism into consideration and work on the issue. Once the issue is sorted, I will seek feedback from the client just to be sure the issue is resolved. Repeat the process.
