I agree wholeheartedly that failure is a teacher to all of us. Experiencing that moment and breaking it down and realizing how we got there is equally important. However seeing failure as a normal and natural way of learning should not be seen as something that justifies it. On the contrary, spending more time understanding the problems, the underlying science, the logic and minimizing the risk of failure by thought and design should have more weight on our learning process. Yes when failure occurs we must also learn. In short don’t justify failure as a heuristic learning process
