These rituals provide team members with something to look forward to and create a comforting, predictable rhythm in a remote setting. One sureshot way to boost belongingness in the team is Dev team members taking turns to do DSM facilitation. The order can either be scheduled or random (today's facilitator nominating tomorrow's facilitator). With this, team member's sense of clarity and ownership of the sprint backlog increases and they will also be more interactive with all other members of the team.

It is difficult but impossible. The key impact or focus should be to first aligning the team with project goal and outcome they going to create. The ownership is key area to focus on. Secondly, The responsibilities should be loud and clear to everyone in team to align the thread of discussion and accountability.

Goal Alignment is key for all Agile teams whether together or virtual. One way forward is the best way and that is shown time and time and time again!

In today’s remote world way of working also got changed which has its unique challenges as well. To have sense of belonging and unity among the team few things needs to be worked upon: - Shared Goal/Purpose - Transparency - Openness - Common working agreement like collaboration time, mode, Cam On etc etc - Introspection n adaption

When team members are working towards the same clearly defined goals, it creates a strong sense of shared purpose. Team members feel they're "in it together," even when working from different locations.
