1 Define your product strategy

Roadmaps 3. Trello 4. Airtable If you don't have a budget and work with a smaller team, try out google sheets. I have used it and still use it for multiple product projects.

Definir la estrategia es lo mas importante. Un buen Roadmap de producto debe por lo menos seguir la siguiente estructura. 1. Objetivos: Que quiero lograr? que es lo que busco? 2. Funcionalidades: Que voy a construir que me pone camino a lograr el objetivo? 3. Hitos: Cuales son los hitos que me ayudaran a verificar si voy bien camino al objetivo? 4. Fechas: Cuales son las fechas claves que tengo identificadas para lograr los hitos y los objetivos? Desde mi opinión la herramienta que uses dependerá del tipo de compa?ía, la cantidad de interesados, pero mas importante que la herramienta es tener en cuenta lo que vas a lograr con el roadmap, si sigues estas recomendaciones la elección de la herramienta puede estar en segundo plano.
