The financial constraints are limiting the growth of the library so book purchasing can't be done. But the responsibility of a good librarian is to promote the library during any difficult situation. So, we can implement various services like interlibrary loan (ILL), Book Lending, and loans from another source. Collect and use all types of available resources to cope with the current knowledge base and strategy. Implement and move towards more open-source data and technologies.

Focus on prioritizing key features that provide the most value to users. Conduct a thorough needs assessment to identify essential resources and services that align with the library’s core mission. Leverage cost-effective solutions like open-source software, digital resources, and partnerships with other organizations. Optimize existing resources by improving workflows and increasing staff efficiency. Additionally, seek alternative funding sources such as grants, donations, or community partnerships to supplement the budget. By focusing on strategic investments and maximizing current assets, quality can be maintained within budget constraints.
