The goals needs to be set with measurable results and to be communicated clearly with employee along with timelines. As an HR , I will ensure : a. Goals are communicated and agreed by employee b. Measurable outcome shared with employee c. Consistent feedback is given to employee d. To take steps for non performance by understanding root cause of the problem as it's by will or skill issue accordingly will fill the gap by necessary interventions.
