A. la hora de organizar nuestras tareas tenemos que tener en claro que existen tareas importantes y tareas imprescindibles para llevar a cabo. Lo imprescindible ocupará un primer espacio y aquello importante requerirá ser atentido obviamente, pero luego. No debemos sentirnos culpables por no realizar todo aquello que creímos poder realizar en nuestro día . Ma?ana será un nuevo comienzo y podremos reorganizar aquello que nos quedó pendiente.

Necesitamos nuestro " cable a tierra " . Debemos necesariamente incorporar actividades que nos ayuden a reconectar con nosotros mismos y que nos sirvan para poder liberar el estrés producido durante nuestro día de trabajo . No hacerlo nos lleva a recargarnos con un peso extra que tarde o temprano nos pasará factura.
