Like walking in the forest when you hear a sound that nobody else hears did it really make that noise? So rise above the noise take a 10,000 foot view and find out who whose voice is the most important, who’s is the loudest, which ones can you not hear at all And then determine from those the one that has the most meaning towards the objectives of the final output.

Imagine you are in a class full of boisterous 9 year olds who each wants to be heard above the other in writing a whole class poetry? Horrifying right? That is my daily reality. So what do I do to ensure every voice is heard? First, I remain calm. Then I calm the entire class, then I listen to each person's line, jot it down, then we work together (mostly me ofcourse) to join the lines that rhyme and the ones that connect, and ensure we have a good poem. I believe this can be used to align different brand voices and unify them into one without diminishing anyone's importance.

Create a Brand Voice Guide Develop a guide outlining tone, language, and personality. Make it accessible to all content creators. 3. Know Your Audience Tailor content to different segments, but keep the core message consistent across platforms. 4. Use Content Pillars Focus on key themes that represent your brand. This helps keep messaging aligned. 5. Audit Regularly Periodically review content to ensure consistency and adjust any misaligned messaging. 6. Align Teams Ensure departments (marketing, sales, customer service) are aligned on voice through regular communication.

1. Identify each of the voices and analyze the tone of each of them carefully. 2. Go over the brand's identity ~ the mission and vision, target / ideal audience and other factors that form their identity. 3. Define the voice that best suits the brand and merge existing voices to suit that one. You may need to cut down on some voices to get the perfect voice. 4. Be consistent in using the new voice in vocabulary and syntax.

Unify conflicting brand voices by defining your core identity, values and tone, then creating consistent messaging guidelines and training content creators. Establish a style guide to ensure coherence across channels. Regularly review and adjust content for alignment.
