Plan it and put it on your calendar. Similarly for family-kids commitment. Your professional appointments will be locked in around your private life and not vice versa. By doing so, you will manage your workload more easily since social time sets a reset for your brain. Your stress levels drop and you will be finding yourself more productive and energetic. We need to think that we are not machines. During working hours, take breaks every 2 hours, possibly by walking. If you have to think do it by walking, apparently it triggers better ideas.
