I've been a creator for quite a while now. Here's what I would do: 1/ Research with the help AI Why it matters? I think we're all in agreement that AI can do research better than us. But they're not very good at finding resources. So, what we should do? You should feed AI (ChatGPT) or whatever chatbot you're using and share what you want it to do for you. Add the article content that you want it write like. Feed it with content and resources. 2/ Tell the AI to create a post When it creates the post. Don't publish it directly. Do this: 1. Rewrite it 2. Polish it with words and phrases that you use 3/ Removing the intro and conclusion You need to remember this: AI's can't write intros and conclusions. They suck at it.

There are two quality levers in content marketing: Strategic quality and output quality. Strategic quality includes topical, persona relevance, channel management, content depth, and authenticity. Output quality includes voice and tone, format, phrasing and language, grammar, and creative. Lock in strategic quality with a strong planning motion. Nothing is winged. Build a cadence system to review past calendar cycles, study data, research and build the next content cycle. Systems, systems, systems — that's the answer for output quality. Treat content creation like a pipeline and systemise quality checks at tone, depth, creativity and review stages.

To maintain high-quality work when under time pressure, prioritize tasks by focusing on the most critical aspects that deliver value. Break down larger projects into manageable steps to stay organized and avoid overwhelm. Use proven frameworks or templates to streamline processes without sacrificing quality. Stay focused by minimizing distractions and setting clear, realistic goals. Additionally, leverage collaboration and delegate tasks when possible to speed up execution. Finally, trust your expertise, rely on your experience, and remember that perfection isn’t always necessary—timely delivery with strong fundamentals can still achieve great results.

The best way to make sure that you are publishing quality content is to start with a foundation from which you can grow rich material to disseminate your content from, much like a garden that grows with healthy compost. Take the time to create core topics through in-depth content that lives on your website (this is like your backyard). It will be worth the time, because you will grow enough quality material to repurpose and schedule out posts that are consistent with your brand and thought leadership. When you have enough material, it makes it easier to schedule your content well enough in advance so that you aren't scrambling.

This is very tough and one of my biggest hurdles as a marketer. I come from a background of wearing many different hats so I feel like I can speak well to this. As much as possible, try to work ahead, review your work after you sleep on it, simplify your tasks and procedures, and always work towards your main KPI’s. I have found that if you do those things, you will save yourself from unnecessary stress.
