There is always a wrong perception from customer that Lean is all about cutting cost. You need to educate your customer and correct their misunderstandings about Lean concept. Lean is not about cost cutting But Waste cutting. Lean focus on eliminate the 7 types of waste in manufacturing process and improve flow. Once this misunderstanding is cleared between the manufacturer and the customer, trust can be built and strengthened.
