If you have a website make sure that all the information is available in multiple languages. Make sure that the flow of information on your site is equally accessible & easy to navigate. If you are planning community meetings at times when people typically are preparing or having a meal, be sure to serve food and announce it in advance. Some people might not attend because they have to feed more than themselves. On that note, make sure you have a separate area where attendees can leave their children while attending the event. Parents can focus on the event if they don’t have to worry.
