I feel all the innovations so far that man kind has been ever seen. Technical innovation if we can talk about it, Tried to break the existing mental mode of people to do something new and creative. But the important thing to notice here is how they bought that change. Habits die hard so.. each generation of users have different learning curve. I want do something creative but I can’t expect my users to adapt to it overnight. I should understand that my each users are different. There must be enough user control and freedom for them to learn and adapt. Start from small change, see how users are reacting to it. UX Psychology plays a bigger role here.
