A few initiatives could be defining shared values and culture and ensuring the same is reflected in HR activities like recruitment or engagement. It’s important to keep employee well being, work life balance and initiatives like rewards and recognition at the heart of this to ensure employee feels supported and in turn makes them brand ambassadors. One thing that helped us immensely in the recent past has been the creation of an inclusive feedback loop. When you set up a regular channel for it, you will get a lot of insights from employees to foster an open culture.
