So, I will offer this piece of advice when you begin to facilitate your team: IDENTIFY TEAM MEMBERS WHO IRRITATE YOU THE MOST! Why? Because more often than not, people who irritate us are so different from us. They will likely possess a quality or aptitude that does not come naturally to the founder. Suspend your irritation, engage with them and look for that quality. It may well turn out to be a quality that is crucial to the team
