Recomendo fortamente que se use ferramentas de produtividade como notion e osidian para tal tarefa. e ao decorrer do projeto se vá acrescentando informa??es, tendo assim uma ótima rastreabilidade de antes mesmo do requisito ser definido ou da PBI ser entregue para ser produzida.

For example specific to systems engineering more scientific tools such as Matlab, Python and R might be useful. Considering the scope and Functional Requirements of the project then identify and map system tools, supported libraries and packages which support specific Data Analysis.

For deeper analysis, I would choose the tool depending on a couple of factors such as, 1.basic analysis: data filtering, data augmenting, outlier identification, functional analysis and performance analysis. 2. Data import / export with required formats, e.g. simple csv, tsv or could be a specific format such as osm, gek etc. 3. Domain specific support in that tool e.g. signal processing, machine learning etc. Python libraries are great in general..domain specific MATLAB, R, SAS. 4. Modeling and simulation capability or portability to application specific (e.g. automotive, aerospace, powergrid) tools for analysis, deployment, testing.
