Training, but training as a HOW and not a WHAT. To develop the WHAT, I suggest you apply the concepts of change management... -Create a shared need. (I have to admit I have used gory videos, visits by lawyers and their war stories & visits by the survivors of industrial accidents with similar equipment/industry to get attention) -Create a shared vision. Work with the work force to figure out what they want their safety program to look like, feel like, accomplish. Classes? Sure; Videos? OK; OJT? Why not?; Safety Committee? Safety week? Reward for performance? (then work with Management to figure out what they will fund or what they will accept or fight) -Then & only then "mobilize resources" and start the work -Measure publicly!

Montre les risques et les advantages de travailler en sécurité avec une amelioration continue en utilisant utiles comment 5S, diagramme de spaghetti, Ishikawa etc. élimine les choses inutiles en évitant accidents.
